Individual Coaching Sessions
When last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen, this leaves an opening that could have been filled by someone else wanting an appointment for that time of day.
Please consider the following before cancelling or rescheduling a session:
- If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 24 hours before the session start time, you will be charged for the session.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the session.
*I do understand that situations arise. I will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.
